Terrible, no words! NO NOT BUY!!!! Do not make the mistake I made

Missing translations for fairly basic vocabulary required for completing 3rd year French-as-a-second-language homework.

Since this is the only French English dictionary I have tried, its not too bad. I do wish, however, there were more translations available. For example, I could not find the translation for "youre welcome". Not nearly as thorough as it should be.

1.Its lacking many words. 2. Will NOT translate sentence 3. Does not give you different translation context. 4. It will charge you for synonyms and other crap. This is a SCAM

French words have many more meanings as revealed in dictionaries like Antidote which one needs when going deep.

Opens pretty fast, lots of words including colloquialisms. Could always use more words, of course.

This application is extremely useful for the traveler or the reader of French. Its anticipatory listing of words beginning with the letters typed in makes it very quick in getting to the definitions of interest

Audio feature worth $2. Does not req wifi for the dictionary. I use this and another app that conjugates verbs in 22 tenses. Exactly what I needed.

Good application,but poor dictionary.Doesnt have a translation for "nine"???

Way too expensive at $3.99 and missing too many basic words. A waste of money in my opinion and the only thing good about it is that it doesnt need to work off of wifi.

That also goes for the Brazilian Portuguese version. Only thing I wish for is to open a web page and have this app translate the other webpage translators are not very good. Next version maybe ?

I got the German version last year and this one I downloaded last week when I was in a french speaking section of Belgium. It was really handy!! I use it primarily for menus ( avoided fried sweetbreads), communicating with the B & B proprietor and browsing brochures that has no English. Very pleases with it!!!

Havent found a word or phrase thats not in the dictionary.

The app is a little buggy and crashes sometimes but its definitely worth the price.

I use this app all of the time when Im doing my French homework or I am in class and need a quick reference. I dont think the translations are 100% accurate but it does the job very well. I would love for there to be Verne conjugation info action available.

Truly a convenient app. Easy to use. Extremely helpful.
