Almost always pretty solid. The UI could be a little better all-around, and its sometimes difficult to look up conjugated forms if you dont know their infinitives. But otherwise, great.

I use this often when I travel you dont need to be on data to use it. Only complaint is the voice I wish it wouldnt say the f or m before each word it makes it confusing when your trying to listen to get the word out.

Some words have nothing explaining them at all!!!

This app is worth buying and be sure to get the voice. When learning new vocab, hearing a native speaker say the word or phrase is critical. The tech support is very responsive and personalized-plus their solutions work!

Overall excellent, but it would be helpful to have a flashcard function. Also would be nice to verb conjugations.

I used this app a great deal in my travels last summer and found it to be quite helpful. Its very easy to use; I especially like the quick search feature. I do wish the dictionary contained more colloquial phrases, but overall its great!

I have both the French and Spanish versions and both are very good. No issues with crashing - works on both my iPhone and iPad. Strongly recommended.

Love this app. Very intuitive and easy to use

While in Quebec I purchased several translation apps but this one is the most useful. The phrases app seemed like a better buy but proved to be a toy compared to this app. Always in my hand when walking the town. 5 stars for my use.

This is really quick and handy-- some glitches though -- it has mixed up adjective genders--

Works well for most words in both languages. I use this in conjunction with Larousse and, together, they fulfill all my needs for writing and translating between French and English.

Much better than the multiple travel phrase books. Best dictionary Ive found.

It lets you search from so many words its almost impossible to not find a word in it. I use this all the time.

Where are phrases, synonyms, etc.? Not worth it.

Of course it does not have every word, etc., but it is a convenient tool which covers all my day-to-day needs reading. Et, cest très facile et très vite aussi.

Opens pretty fast, lots of words including colloquialisms. Could always use more words, of course.

This app has a very rich list of words, and helpful phrases for most of them. The voice addition is, to my mind, worth it. The main drawback is that for many words there are multiple and sometimes widely different meanings, and no guide to what common usage is. But in conjunction with other apps, it is invaluable for learning le français.

I have long wanted a handy reference like this one! I use it constantly while reading French stories. Having the audible pronunciation available is an especially appreciated feature.
